Q: When will I be let known my country/committee assignment?
For Delegation Registrations, we will send your faculty advisor a google sheet for your team to fill out with preferred committee, dietary restrictions, and other important information. Once those are filled, we will provide your delegation with the allocated assignments in the rightmost columns of the sheet. For independent delegates, once your registration is complete, we will email you a form for you to fill with your preferred allocation and other necessary information, and then we will email you back with your assignment. Below is what the delegation sheet looks like:

Q: Is food provided?
Yes, lunch, snacks, and refreshments are provided on both conference days from April 11-12th, as well as during the delegate social. However, food and drinks will not be provided during the RISE bootcamp on March 28th.
Q: How do we pay the registration fee?
Following completion of the Form 2 sent to your faculty advisors, our advancement office will send you an invoice. Alternatively, you can bring a cheque on the day of the conference.
Q: What is the dress code for the conference?
All delegates should be wearing western business attire during the conference. For the RISE Bootcamp, delegates are fine to wear business casual. ​
Q: Does OMUN provide hotel accommodations?
No, unfortunately OMUN is not partnered with a hotel for this year's conference and delegations that will need to stay overnight are recommended to book their own accommodations.

Q: Does OMUN provide a faculty advisors lounge during the conference?
Yes, a faculty lounge room will be provided over the weekend, and further details on those accommodations will be given during opening ceremonies.

Q: Is this conference only for high school students?
No, while OMUN is meant for high schoolers, younger delegates in middle school are more than welcome to attend the conference.
